The LILAMA Network is born to become a mutual learning platform for the exchange and dissemination of guidelines, best practice and policy recommendations which contribute to the design and implementation of linguistic policies oriented to labour market needs, in order to enhance the international competitiveness of EU economies.
The final beneficiaries of such policies will be adult language learners in a globalised market economy, who will ultimately benefit from language training services tailored to the linguistic needs of their business, thereby enhancing their employability.
