From September 28th to October 1st, the 2nd Consortium Meeting of the LILAMA Network project was held in Cambridge (UK). Representatives from all partner entities participated in the four day meeting, in which important technical aspects of the project were discussed.
Partner entities participated in the consortium meeting hosted by RLN-East, which included the launching event of the LILAMA Network in the UK and the first Field Visits, organized in the framework of WP2 – Observatory of Good Practices.
During the meeting, and with a favourable review of what it has been done so far, partners approved both the Communication Plan and the Quality Plan of the project developed by Iniciativas Innovadoras, which will assure the quality of the project and it’s dissemination at regional, national, European and International level..
While on Monday each partner presented to the rest of the consortium the Best Practices identified according to schedule, during the Wednesday session, and after revising some aspects of the Benchmarking Methodology delivered by RLN-East in collaboration with UM-BIV, the Methodology was approved by all partners and the first analysis and validation processes of the Best Practices identified by partners were successfully carried out.
