In 2009 the LILAMA Network was mainly devoted to the development of teh technical and methodological aspects of the project and it is in 2010 when enough information is available in order to assess the actual impact of the project. In that sense:

- A total of 38 Best Practices on Language Policies for Labour Market have been identified so far coming from 14 different EU and non-EU countries.
- LILAMA members took part in three Best Practice Exchange Sessions where they knew first-hand 11 initiatives observed in UK, France and Italy.
- LILAMA Network has been officially launched at EU level in UK, Spain, France and Italy.
- LILAMA Network attended 13 EU seminars and conferences.
