Committee responsible of the overall implementation of the project, it is composed by one representative per partner and steered by a project beneficiary supported by a project co-ordinator. Its main tasks are:
Project monitoring.
Strategic decision making regarding project implementation.
Review and decision making on contractual issues.
Progress and Final Report agreement.
Conflict resolution.
Quality Control Plan monitoring.
Responsible for the proper fulfilment of the work packages and of the quality of project results, the Technical Committee is composed by one by one representative per partner and steered by project beneficiary, supported by project co-ordinator, and its main tasks are:
Technical monitoring of WPs.
Agreement on deliverables and outputs.
Participation on Quality Control of Project and Results.
This Committee will monitor the correct fulfilment of the financial tasks, staff dedication and expenditure control. Composed of one representative per partner, steered by a project beneficiary, and supported by the project co-ordinator, its main tasks are:
To monitor of Quarterly Financial Reports.
To manage agreement on progress and the final financial report.
To manage decision-making on budget amendments.
